Terms & Conditions
1. Agency Role
Heritage Travel Group (“HTG”) acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between the client and third-party travel suppliers including, but not limited to, airlines, hotels, resorts, golf courses, tour operators, transportation providers, and insurance providers.
HTG does not own, operate, manage, or control these suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, errors, delays, or defaults.
2. Pricing & Deposits
All prices are subject to availability and change until a deposit or full payment is received and confirmed.
A trip is not confirmed until:
Required deposit or payment is received, and
Written confirmation is issued.
Quotes are based on supplier availability at the time of proposal and may change without notice.
3. Payments
By submitting payment authorization, you agree to:
Authorize HTG to process payment on your behalf
Accept supplier terms and conditions
Be responsible for any bank or credit card fees
Returned payments or chargebacks without cause may result in cancellation of services and recovery actions.
4. Cancellations & Changes
All cancellations and changes are subject to:
Supplier cancellation policies
Applicable penalties
Change fees imposed by suppliers
HTG service fees may be non-refundable once planning or booking work has begun.
Refund timelines are determined solely by the supplier.
5. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips.
If you decline travel insurance:
You assume all financial risk related to cancellation, delay, interruption, medical emergencies, or supplier default.
HTG is not responsible for losses that would have been covered by insurance.
6. Golf & Activity Reservations
Tee times, tournament access, and golf-related reservations are subject to:
Course policies
Weather conditions
Maintenance schedules
Local regulations
Handicap requirements and dress codes are the responsibility of the traveler.
HTG is not liable for changes, course closures, or modifications beyond its control.
7. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements
Clients are responsible for:
Valid passports (typically 6 months validity beyond travel)
Visas
Health documentation
Entry requirements
HTG is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.
8. Force Majeure
HTG shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from acts beyond its control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government actions
Pandemics
Airline schedule changes
Labor disputes
Civil unrest
Weather conditions
9. Responsibility Disclaimer
HTG assumes no liability for:
Personal injury
Property damage
Loss of luggage
Travel delays
Supplier insolvency
Acts of terrorism or force majeure
Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel.
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By authorizing payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback unless fraud has occurred.
Any chargeback filed without valid cause constitutes breach of agreement and may result in legal recovery of funds, fees, and administrative costs.
11. Limitation of Liability
HTG’s liability, if any, is limited to the amount of commission earned on the booking in question.
